I have a very poorly cat that may have a water infection it's bank holiday so my usual vet is not open my 14 year old cat can not pass urine and is finding it hard to cope today so I was given this number where I was told it would be £260 pound before treatment which I cannot afford..it seems that Animals best intrest are not taken seriously and money is the main purpose woodcroft vet I hold you responsible if my cat passes away due to your bank holiday charges disgusting that money comes before my cats best intrest I'm on a low wage and the last vet charged me £91 pound which I thought was reasonable ..where and why do you charge nearly triple you should be ashamed if your self ..my cat now has to.wait another 24 hrs in pain till my vet opens tomorrow I will be putting a formal complaint to the owner or this vet and I will take it further if my pet passes away as due to high prices I was turned away money came before an animals life ..

Have used Woodcroft for many years with my cockapoo Winnie and the service has always been wonderful. They are so caring and compassionate there and on this visit in particular nurse Jenny was particularly outstanding, helping me navigate the difficult world of insurance and being super attentive to my little lady too. It makes all the difference to you and your pet knowing they are looked after by people who genuinely care for your furry family member xx

Regular weight check today for our cat George with Nurse Jenny at Cheadle, we have 4 cats and take them to see Nurse Jenny on a regular basis, Jenny is lovely and friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble for her and most importantly all the cats love her. Nurse Jenny helped look after our late cat Ollie, she understands how much we love our cats and was supportive throughout Ollie’s illnesses and was kind and empathetic when we sadly lost our Ollie to kidney disease in 2017 sending us a card with her condolences which was so thoughtful and kind. Jenny was there for us when we then took on our current rescues, she was there to share our sorrow at losing Ollie and our joy at rehoming first Alfie & Phoebe and a few months later our George as a kitten. It’s always a pleasure to see how much she loves her job and the animals she deals with, we know we can always telephone ask her advice if we’re worried about anything to do with our cats, we trust her knowledge and expertise in her nursing role. Jenny is a credit to Woodcroft Vets and is one of the main reasons we come to Woodcroft. My husband and I very much appreciate her hard work and loyalty to us as clients and our cats look forward to seeing their ‘Auntie Jenny’

Following traumatic experiences at our last Vets with our young poodle cross dog we changed to Woodcroft, and are now very happy to say that following his 12month vaccination visit last October and his 6 month checkup today with James we are confident we have made the right decision.
