    Bought a Mercedes CL500. A very good sales experience, but thought I wouldn't review until a few months had passed, to see what might happen if there was a problem. There was - the air con stopped working, and then an oil leak onto the serpentine belt caused it to slip then snap, and the car to grind to a halt. Danny's response was excellent - immediately arranged for the air con to be re-gassed and the leak and belt to be fixed by his mechanic who did a great job, and I've since put 10,000 hassle-free miles on the clock Definitely recommend.

    Danny could not provide a better service. After hearing many bad reports of car dealers I was so happy I chose Woodcote. A good range of cars at great prices. You're not sold a car you, choose a car, as there are absolutely no pressure selling techniques just a genuine wish to find the right car for you. My car developed a minor fault after a few weeks, I phoned Danny and without a word of complaint or argument had it booked into the workshop at a mutually convenient time. All repaired as quickly as possible. Excellent service, I will return when I need a new car. Have recommended them to many people. Thanks for making it painless! Make you make a booking to test drive or view the internals as Danny is not there all the time.
