Have been with this surgery from moving down 6 years ago - I cannot fault them - they are just AMAZING from Sue in dispensary to Dr Hickey and the amazing Claire. Just wonderful - I usually call and ask for a call back rather than an appointment and discuss the issues over the phone. I have also moved my mum and step dad to the surgery as closer to them and the support and care they have received has been fantastic. Feel VERY blessed to have such a great local surgery. Great work THANK YOU

This Doctors Surgery is excellent. I have never had a problem at all. The receptionists are efficient and friendly. The Medical staff are professional and friendly. I am lucky that I do not go very often to the doctors and my ailments are not serious, but I feel I get the same attention regardless. In this weird world we all have to adapt and they have. Telephone appointments with your Doctor may not be ideal, but it works for the minor problems and obviously they will see you if it is more serious. My doctor even rung me after the weekend to see how I was feeling.

Worst experience ever. This surgery was my very first GO in the UK. They didn’t sort out my NHS number and they woke up after years that they skipped a really important part. Couple of months ago I tried to change my GP as I moved in Canterbury, until today I am struggling because I still don’t have an NHS number and I cannot register to any GP without it. I called woodchurch surgery several times they was sending me to my new gp so they can register me ( of course this is not possible) and once they gave me an NHS phone number so I can sort out by myself ( what is not possible of course as my first GP IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS, when I called that number what they gave me the man on the phone was shocked and he said I shouldn’t get this phone number from anyone as that phone number was only for GPs and I am trying to sort out something what they supposed to do ) !!!!! I called them again they said they are sorting this out now..... after 2 years or so they woke up, and now I cannot even make an appointment and I am waiting and struggling. Thanks woodchurch surgery!!!!!!!!! I wish good luck to everyone who’s registered or going to be registered here.

The doctor (female first name Claire I think not entirely sure) actually laughed at me during my appointment. Dismissive, rude, irritable. Left in tears, to be laughed at and dismissed is just what the doctor ordered. Literally !!!
