David was very helpful,patient and knowledgable to help us source the right wood at the warehouse then Ruslan the fitter they use took over and fitted the flooring perfectly and on the date we requested so it tied in perfectly with the other works being done. Ruslan has sanded the floorboards in a number of rooms in my victorian house. His work is to the highest standard. He is clear and courteous, turns up on time, does what he says he would and leaves no mess - in fact I was amazed how little dust there was, hardly any. I highly recommend Ruslan and team.

Ruslan did the floors for virtually our whole house so 4 bedrooms, living room and hallway. The floorboards were in quite a bad state so lots needed to be replaced. Ruslan marked them all up so we could make the decision about what to replace then went to the effort to find good matches. Some of the rooms have had more than half the floorboards replaced and you can’t tell which ones are original and which ones aren’t. All the floors have been finished really nicely which has really been transformative to the house. As well as doing a good job we found that Ruslan worked quickly, cleanly and was very honest. We had quite a time time scale as we had to move into the house and Ruslan managed to get the job done on time, and was actually at the house on Saturday and Sunday. There is always going to be some dust when sanding a load of floors but it was pretty minimal. Finally, the price that we ended up paying was very close to the quote (ex an adjustment for the replaced boards). I would thoroughly recommend Ruslan to my friends I’d they were in need of this work.

Terrible experience with the guy I was suggested by them, Ruslan. He just didn’t show up on the day I booked him, I guess because it was a small nursery so the job wasn’t worth enough. They didn’t even call me to apologies. Please avoid!
