Needed to return unused laminate, but due to their return policy it has to be done within 14 days of delivery, not good if you're doing DIY. So I'm left with 10 boxes of unopened laminate.

I ordered my wood without looking at the reviews. After reading these complaints I wondered what on earth I'd done. Well I can say I am completely happy. The service was outstanding and the pallett arrived within the time promised. I will most certainly use this company again

I ordered 2 different types of Quick Step Laminate flooring, one was discontinued everywhere, except on Wood2U, so I ordered the current stocked item and the discontinued one as well. The order process gave me the option of a Wednesday delivery. Wood2U informed me that the discontinued item had been refunded as it should not have been on the website as available. The other item was scheduled for a Thursday delivery which was a problem for me as we have our granddaughter on a Thursday. So they offered me an upgrade on my delivery for Thursday morning delivery at no extra cost, so that we would not be waiting all day for it to arrive. True to their word the delivery arrived at about 10:30am on Thursday, so credit where credit is due for that. However, it was not all smooth sailing, the item they could not supply was refunded, but Wood2U charged me £2.29 for the privilege. Even though I had already informed them of this they still did it anyway, not impressed, after all the error was their's and not mine. Therefore, ensure what you are charged for is correct if you order from Wood2U. I had a further £700 in my basket for a future project which may now go to someone else, if that happens then they have gained an extra £2.29 but lost a £700 order in the process. An interesting way to conduct business as I am sure the profit on £700 is greater than £2.29.

Paid extra for an AM Monday delivery. Monday passes, nothing. I call them on Tuesday (they didn't even call me) and they said they can guarantee it Thursday. Then they called me on Wednesday and said it will be earliest Friday. I cancelled the order and wasted a week of renovation time. Trust the bad reviews and find somewhere else.

Do not rate this place at all I ordered the flooring I wanted, to be then told that they was out of stock and needed to go to manufacturers so would be waiting 1 to 2 week tops (which I understandable). What is not understandable is I'm now on my 8th week waiting, after sending several emails I receive an email at 1.30am sayin my order is with carrier, no date or anythin on when I will receive it. Disgusting!!!

Do not use this company if you have any kind of problem, they will always sway the blame on the customer. Terrible company spent £720 on flooring for our new extension, it was fit professionally and by the manufacturer’s instructions. After only one month the floor started lifting all over, they tried to say it was our fault for fitting it incorrectly and not a fault with the flooring when this was fitted by a professional joiner of over 30 years, I am now in contact with trading standards and consumer rights.
