I rarely leave reviews, unless they are really good, or very bad. Really good will only get 4 stars, as i reserve 5 for the best. This company definitely deserves the full 5 from me. Apart from selling quality products, their customer service and after sale care, is the best i have ever experienced. You really do not need to worry about spending your money here. They clearly take pride in what they sell, and will make sure that you receive what you pay for, in full working order. I had some issues that where no fault of theirs, and they fixed them all straight away, with no hassle to myself.

These good people are the gold standard in customer service. My orders are always despatched incredibly quickly and well packaged. On the rare occasion where something is damaged in transit (not their fault), they have had a replacement out to me within 24 hours. On another occasion, I had a number of issues with a very expensive, but ultimately faulty woodpeckers product which is a nightmare for them to source at the moment. They worked hard to replace parts but due to stock issues weren't able to. In the end they've agreed to a full refund even after telling me to use it for a while. I just wish they sold everything. I wouldn't have to shop anywhere else.
