When our cat became ill whilst we were on holiday in Gloucester, Wood Vets were recommended to us. We phoned at around 8:00am and an appointment was made for 12pm. We just had to ask our own vets to send our cat’s medical records to them…which was done in minutes. We were warmly welcomed by the receptionist who asked us to wait in the segregated cat waiting area. No more than 5 minutes later we were seen by a very friendly vet who was very informative and explained the illness and medication perfectly. We were extremely satisfied with how we and our cat were treated considering we were not from the area. We would definitely highly recommend Wood Vets.
