Great local business with great knowledge on hand….it’s wonderful that a company can still offer a face to face service to help getting the right parts for trailers. I’ve called in twice this week and was served by 2 separate guys who were super helpful (and patient!) and helped me get the parts I need. I realise the internet is way the world tends to shop these days….but I’m old fashioned and like to see what I’m buying and Trailertek offer a great that allows just that. TrailerTek, and in particular Leigh Smith, have proven to be an invaluable asset to us; having recently purchased a new boat and trailer we wanted to upgrade a few parts and didn't know where to begin with the wheels. Leigh very kindly ascertained the correct wheel size for us, sourced and supplied some fantastic alloy wheels and then also organised replacement bolts for all the new wheels. The trailer now looks fantastic and we are thrilled with the end result. Leigh proved to be an incredibly helpful resource and saved us a great deal of time and money. Highly reccomend. Went to Trailer tek today to try and find an axle for my boat trailer as previous places had let me down. Staff were more than helpful, measured everything for me, advised me on all the correct bits I needed and ordered it for me. The warehouse is well stocked with ecerything you might need trIks wise and they really seem to know what they are doing. A bit of a drive for me but I'll be giving them all my custom from now on when I need trailer parts.

Trailertek have been a brilliant find. We came unstuck in Southampton when buying a boat, Extreme trailers sent us to TrailerTek, an Aladdin's Cave of parts. They had everything we needed to get brakes back on the trailer, super friendly as well. Really saved the day for us. We've now used them for mail order a few times, equally as good. Pricing and service are spot on.
