Going the Dentist is always a daunting prospect, and I personally get so nervous that all the moisture in my body comes out of my palms when I sit in the chair, so I'm so very grateful for James Mead. I haven't once felt rushed, every stage of every procedure was fully explained and options were presented, not just for now but for my long-term dental health as well. Feeling confident in a great dentist means a lot of fears and anxiety are reduced, and I'm happy to keep going back as required. Thank you James, your approach and manner are greatly appreciated, but also a big thanks to all the staff who are always friendly and cheerful which makes it a lovely environment to be in as well.

Brilliant! Not my dentist, but they saw me and were very understanding with my flight to Toronto leaving later that day following overnight tooth pain. Treated the issue, very helpful even offering follow up advice when I returned home to Devon on my return. Thank you so much, I didn't miss my granddaughters 1st birthday.

Update after root canal work by James: Careful, professional service continues at this dentistry. Good explanation of procedures, good visual assistance plus assured technique combined to make this a long but relatively pain-free visit. I have always found this practice to be helpful, professional and friendly. I have been a patient here for many years, and they work wonders with the remains of my teeth. The current hygienist/dentist combination that I have, I find particularly good for me. The hygienist gently chides and reminds me what I should be doing each day and I try to maintain the regime for as long as possible before the next visit. The dentist (Dipesh) is brilliant and always sorts out my dental problems in a calm and knowledgeable way before we have a good chat about photography. >>Just a quick 2021 update. Had toothache problems over the weekend. I was seen quickly by Rhiannon who identified the problem and clearly laid out the steps in its solution as she went along. Wonderful service as ever. Thank you. >>Saw Lindsey and the hygienist 12/04/2022. As always - excellent, thorough service. How lucky we are to have this facility in the village.
