Dear All, My driving test reference number: 55940739022 My name is Serkan Dogan. I am writing this complaint e-mail to you for the behavior I was exposed to in my driving test today. I was present at Wood Green test center for my driving test on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 14:32. I saw that Examiner Miss Ozlem speaks English very fast and I kindly asked her to speak more slowly to me as my English language level is not very good. After getting in the car, when the fast conversation continued, I warned Ms. Ozlem again.Same as please speak slowly. Even at the beginning of the exam, she behaved very rudely with her humiliating attitudes and negative energy. This important exam, in which I spent a lot of money and time with great effort, turned into hell for me. All my concentration dropped to zero. Now I want to ask you, an examiner says to a person in the driving test, how can we complete this exam with you, you don't listen to me? To what extent is it correct for her to set up this pressure at the time of the exam? How do you deal with this disrespect for human rights? Is it normal for the examiner to be rude and insulting to the test taker during the driving test from start to finish? I did not argue and disrespect with Ms. Ozlem. Who will protect my rights and how? I do not want my exam to be considered successful from you. However, I am complaining about Ms. Ozlem. Kind Regards, Serkan Dogan

Allen failed me for what was an actual minor and then exaggerated it into a serious fault. Many candidates have passed with clearance being marked as a minor however this miserable man marked it down as a serious fault even though I posed no actual danger/hazard to other vehicles or my own. My distance was only slightly close which is a given when cars are parked on both lanes because well.. that's the size of the road! I'm not surprised to see his name pop up more than once with negative reviews. There clearly seems to be fail percentage targets set for each DVSA test centre given the nature of silly excuses examiners use to fail people. This aswell as the many ex-examiners who became whistle-blowers and spoke out against DVSA after getting sacked for not failing enough people and exceeding their monthly pass limit. DVSA is a multi billion pound business and whoever thinks they wouldn't set targets for pass/fail rates is absolutely delusional. Getting you to rebook whilst knowing their fail decision cannot be challenged means DVSA easily doubles/triples their profits. Using the law and "safe driving" as a scapegoat to make billions, corruption at its finest.

David, the manager of Wood green driving school was very professional and understanding after I was robbed in my first exam by a young lady examiner. If you are a non-white British person dont even attempt to have an exam here. They will make you fail for ridiculous reasons with a total unnecessary break. It doesn't matter how good you drive, you already failed while you were starting. Try somewhere else, dont waste hundreds of your £ here. Its not about your driving skills.

Passed first time yesterday but I must say I got lucky. I had the reverse 2 car length manoeuvre. The test centre parking is tiny and if you get a reverse bay park in the car park, u may aswell quit.
