I just bought LVT flooring for 2 days. The floor has not been sent, and I have not received it. I want to change my mind to cancel and get a refund. They told me they couldn't take my refund because they have a rule that they can't take a refund if everyone buys their product in the store. But this is against UK law. My internet search for UK law shows "You must offer a refund to the customer if they tell you within 14 days of receipt. The item they want to cancel. Once they tell them they have 14 days to return the item to you. You have to refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the return. They don't have to give a reason." I'm very disappointed in their decision. I don't know why they can over the UK law. Now I'm going to Trading Standard to complain about them.

Ordered flooring for the entire upstairs of my house, I paid 50 pound for delivery and was promised it would be there on Wednesday I have to pay a labourer to bring the flooring in as I have a 8 month old and the house is a complete refurb and I have no one to mind him why I bring it in myself I called and said hi I have a delivery today I’m just wondering if you can let me know a estimate as you said it would be just after 0900am the response was AND the man was so rude and condescending I was then told they wouldn’t be delivering today because there truck is broke which is fair enough although the man in the background he was speaking to about the delivery new nothing about it so I knew it was an excuse. I then asked can you give me a estimate on when it would be arriving as I have a joiner booked in on Monday to lay the floor to which he couldn’t give me a Awnser. So now I am beginning to wonder if it will get delivered at all extremely disappointed with the whole experience and the attitude of the staff I just hope my flooring will eventually arrive after it’s been paid for in full. Would not reccomend this company it’s like they do not want your custom extremely upset and disappointed.

Andrew is a top man, sorted me out with a significant amount of laminate floor for my house renovations. Nothing is too much trouble for him, he's more than happy to sort you out any problems you may have (e.g. replace a random wrong board in a pack). And he even looked after my kids while we were browsing. Overall a 5 star service, thoroughly recommended.

The worst customer service I have ever had, where to start! First of all, received the wrong order, weeks later they came to pick up the incorrect order, eventually the correct order was delivered. I didn’t bother to open up the packaging as the outer packaging was fine and was not damaged, also why would I open up the flooring and just let it be out in the open and risk it getting damaged? Not a normal thing to do is it. The flooring fitter came round two week later, opened up the packaging and it was all damaged and unusable, had clearly been smashed and thrown about beforehand. I called wood floor warehouse and was told I should of opened up the flooring and taken it out to inspect, again, why would I take it out all the packaging of the outer packaging was fine? I was told it would take 5/6 days to replacements to be sent, which I advised them is not good enough as the floorer is only here for two days and is not available next week, they told me to email which I did. I was then told they would only refund me for 7 panels as they deemed the rest usable, trust me they weren’t…I was flabbergasted by this….if you buy a loaf of bread and 7 pieces of bread were mouldy, you wouldn’t expect to be refunded for the 7 pieces you’d want a refund for the whole loaf…..eventually after many many emails I gave up as they kept arguing and arguing with me. God awful customer service and delivery service, I’d seriously advise against using this company, if anything goes wrong they blame the delivery company and refuse to refund if the items are faulty, apparently they aren’t responsible for anything. AVOID!
