I’m very happy with Floorworks from initial consultation to end result. It is amazing they can provide very efficient site viewing and brought all the issues at once. Most importantly, they provide you cost efficient solutions, which I don’t see many companies in UK (not limited to flooring companies) are able to get this level of professionalism. Their pricing is reasonable and transparent. Definitely worth money. Rosica is such a professional communicator and super responsive. She can arrange everything in a perfect manner. Dean is great too. He came to visit even after work hour. He ran to his car to bring more samples as I requested more wood options. I do appreciate his hardworking. The fitter is down to earth, experienced, neat, and detail-driven. He looked into every detail and made the floor beautifully presented. No issues at all. Yes, I highly recommend this company.
