Hosam gets the job done properly - period. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is impeccable. I’ve worked with several individuals in the past and he is by far the best when it comes to flooring. He doesn’t do any short cuts or “quick fixes” and gets them done properly to high standards. In fact, he came initially to correct some mistakes of someone else’s work. The floor he did (from scratch) was also not leveled and had some tricky parts that needed sorting prior to laying my new engineered wood planks. I actually got him to do another floor as well after this job which he did again superb. He is punctual, organised, super efficient, clean and very professional.
