Her knowledge of the products were first class and helped us make the right choices. The scheduling and the work carried out was fantastic and the fitters eye for detail was great. It was a first class experience from start to finish and we are really pleased with the finished product!

I've been in this shop around 4 times over the last 3 years. Once was about Amtico flooring for my kitchen extension. I asked for a visit and quote but never heard back from them so went elsewhere. I then gave them the benefit of doubt and went again about my lounge, wool carpet and again some Amtico, explained there was a slight different in height in the floor and could someone come and look and quote for the work and give a time estimate. Again never heard back, two weeks later I went back in the shop and was told they were very busy. I then sent an email after another wait and never got a response. I then finally went in the shop again to find another woman complaining about a delay in fitting. I left. In total they lost around £5K in work from me !

I would absolutely recommend this company without any hesitation. Professional, Polite and Very Efficient from start to finish. I had a very stressful time after having a flood in my kitchen back in July, it took so long to sort out which took us through to November. Wood Floor and Carpet took all that stressful period away immediately within 2 weeks, all has been restored.
