    I've bought a lot of fiddes hard wax oil from them over the last few years. The prices are as good as you will find anywhere but the staff are a level above.     There was a parquet floor hiding under an old carpet in my lounge. I hired an upright sander and prepared the floor thoroughly. There were lots of options and ideas on the internet of how to treat parguet flooring. I spent a long time researching, scratching my head and thought I had a reasonable plan. I then called Wood Finishes Direct and Sarah-Jane was very, very helpful. Her advice was fantastic and she gave me some great ideas and pointers. The floor is now complete, dry and looks much better than expected. Their pricing was very good, as was their swift delivery. I found the Osmo Polyx clear matt wax oil very easy to apply and it looks great. I found applying it very thinly meant there was no need to use the microfibre cloth to remove any excess (theres a video on Osmo's website). It was far easier to apply than any of the other products I had researched and originally planned to use before I spoke to WFD. Many thanks, Chris.
