We maintain a low camper-to-counselor ratio at our camp to ensure that each camper receives personalized attention. Our ratio is 4 campers to 1 counselor.What is your policy on refunds in case of cancellations?
We understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable, which is why we offer a full refund up to 30 days prior to the start of the camp. After that, we offer a partial refund based on the amount of notice given.Are there any restrictions on pets or alcohol consumption on the property?
We do not allow pets on the property at Wood Farm, except for service animals. We also have a strict no-alcohol policy to ensure the safety and well-being of all our campers.Do you offer delivery services for purchased trees?
