I was referred here for emergency dental treatment, ended up having a tooth extraction, Dr. Woolfstein was a star the whole time, talked me through everything and was incredibly patient and reassuring through the whole process. The extraction didn't hurt at all and the injections only hurt a bit. I am very scared of dentists and needles but the dentist made sure I was fine at every turn, could not recommend enough, thank you so much for your care!

RICHARD WOOD the best dentist I meet so far in this country, but only 2 stars because of the arrogance of w young dentist at his practice, 1st one young male on 1st floor too arrogant and a well looking lady on 2nd floor which ignored every single word I said in my last visit. Doctor Wood told me that doctors today don't listen to their patients which is a mistake.

Being registered as an NHS patient, I called in for an emergency appointment, whilst booking my appointment, the receptionist sneakily asked me if I wanted to visit "on the NHS" or "private". I slipped out private, two appointments had passed, all of which they did was try and milk me by doing unnecessary x-rays. I was then given a treatment plan at the end of the 2nd appointment, when I called in to go through the NHS they said "Once you've gone private, you can't go back". I then spent over 8 months looking for an NHS dentist, called in today and they said "because it's been over 6 months you'll need another check-up". Will not be coming here again.

Picked this clinic, because of the good location. Had an average filling with Dr Pridding and paid £165 for it. They've refused to give any treatment statement listing the work done, it took 3 days to get it. I had an uncomfortable feeling with this tooth for multiple months and arranged a follow up appointment; it was subsequently cancelled a week prior to appointment, in July, "due to the covid-19 situation". I went to another dentist at a different clinic who confirmed that the original filling work had been badly done , which has caused subsequent discomfort and food being trapped - the filling was not done with natural form an appearance of the tooth in mind, a support point was missing, the other dentist ended up replacing the entire work done by Wood and Woolfstein. Given the price I have paid for the original filling, I would not recommend this clinic and will not come here again.
