Terrible service. An old woman refused to deposit cash into my bank account. I asked her to explain the reason of deny but she didn't exlain the reason and kept saying no.

Terrible service. I explained that I hadn’t done banking for my company before and wasn’t sure what I needed to do. The man counted it out - then told me I needed a bank card, he was rude saying “I’ve got to count it out again now to give it back” I apologised and he practically threw the money at me back through the window, walked off and carried on with what he was doing. I wasn’t sure if he’d finished the transaction. The post office was empty as well so I wasn’t holding anyone up.
