Laura is brilliant! Having had one bad training experience after another and hating every minute of it, I was at the point of giving it all up and completely walking away……then, I found Laura and now I can’t sing her praises loud enough. She made everything click, when it didn’t feel right she was able to break it down, tweak my technique and offer great advice. Laura is patient, thorough, enthusiastic and very encouraging, she can tailor a training plan to suit all needs, from CBT to advance. If you are starting out or wanting to improve your riding or just gain some more experience, then Laura is the person to call, you won’t regret it. Do it now!

I was recommended to Laura and would 100% recommend women’s only motorcycle training to any ladies who are looking to start or improve their motorcycles training. Laura put me at ease the whole way through, I never once felt anxious or silly when making mistakes. I had never sat on a motorbike so opted for the 2 1/2 day cbt training, to have that extra time on the bike to go at a more relaxed pace was just what I needed, to not feel rushed and have the extra time to repeat steps that I felt less confident with (u turn!) . Laura then put a plan of mod 1 and mod 2 training days for me. I have just passed my mod 2 test and have left feeling a lot more confident and excited to go out on my bike.

Laura was a godsend to me! After taking my CBT with a local provider, I was left believing I could never ride a bike. My experience was terrible, I was rushed and spoken to like a child. I had also been paired up with two young men, one of whom was a motor cross rider and the other was simply retaking his CBT as it had run out. This only increased my anxiety, as i was being rushed along. Finding Laura completely changed my experience of learning to ride. She was gentle, patient, thoughtful and knowledgeable, as well as being an exceptional teacher! I would recommend Laura to anyone thinking about giving their CBT a go. The two and a half day package was great for me, and allowed me more time to process all the theory. Thank you so much Laura!

I decided to try Women Only Motorcycle Training for my DAS training after having a bad experience with my CBT at another school. From the start of my training Laura was so friendly, encouraging, patient and knowledgeable. One of the things I really valued was never feeling out of my depth or rushed – for someone with limited experience learning to ride can often feel quite overwhelming, but Laura took the time to break things down into manageable chunks, adapting to my needs and pace of learning, which made a huge difference for me. Overall, training with Laura has completely changed my experience of riding from something that made me fairly anxious to something I now really enjoy and look forward to. I cannot recommend Laura enough; my advice to anyone who is unsure about booking training is to give it a go – you won’t regret it!

Laura Smith is simply the best - she is patient, intuitive, empathetic, knows when to encourage, and knows when to "re-group" :-) and gets to the bottom of the real issues that are in the way of progressing - fabulous first full day and a fair few psychological walls smashed down, and booked in for my next full day already - Ladies, don't think twice - just book up with Laura :-)

I did a 2 day CBT with Laura and couldn't recommend it highly enough. The women only aspect really appealed to me and it was so nice to be able to spend time with like minded women. Laura's patience and knowledge made the whole experience an absolute pleasure and I came away with a confidence that I never thought I could have, having previously completed a 1 day CBT where I had a bad experience. Doing the CBT over 2 days for me was a massive asset because it gave the time learn and solidify skills without rushing and with far less stress. Laura's approach has made me really look forward to my future in motorcycling and i'll be booking in for further training with her very soon.

My first phase of advanced training with Laura was fabulous. Laura gave advice and tips in a refreshingly relaxed style whilst her experience and professionalism shone through. I am now practising with a new founded enthusiasm and most importantly confidence thanks to Laura. I am very much looking forward to the next phase of training with her. I highly recommend Laura and WOMT.

I specifically went to Laura as I felt like she had more of a understanding of my worries and fears being a woman rider. Even though I live in London and had to travel and stay over night its was 100% worth while as I felt so comfortable and like I actually could complete my cbt without feeling silly. I'm quite short so it was great that they had a lowered bike for me to use, I will be travelling back to redditch again for my full licence, laura is lovely and her patience and understanding is something that you won't find anywhere else. Thank you so much as without this women's only service I know I never would have plucked up the courage to ride. 😊

I first met Laura when my husband and I did a take control course through RMT and she was our instructor for the day. We both found her to be very friendly, easy to get along with, extremely knowledgeable and she put us at ease with her training style. I then went on an advanced training weekend to Snowdonia with Women Only Motorcycle Training, as it was an opportunity for me to get some further expert tuition with Laura and another student. The weekend was tailored to us and Laura delivered bespoke training during the weekend giving support and encouragement along the way. The weekend was superb, lots of fantastic roads, good stops for breaks and a lovely hotel to stay in.  I felt happier and more confident as a rider as everything clicked into place during that trip. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laura and Women Only Motorcycle Training.
