The staff that manages this place is lovely and the holistic therapies they do are fantastic! I recently had a reflexology session with practitioner Lina Ramchand and I cannot recommend her services enough! She is a highly experienced practitioner and felt instantly better after her session. I felt unlocked in ways I did not know I could, the whole experience was incredible. Overall, the place is absolutely special and, conveniently, in the heart of London. Moreover, Women and Health sell essential oils at very cheap prices and amazing handmade complimentary bath and body soaps which smell delicious!
