Always love Womacks, unfortunately today we went inside to look for Christmas table decorations and were followed around the shop and treat like shoplifters by people wearing black and ear pieces in not a nice environment to shop in we were very disappointed and walked out with nothing

I strongly advise against ordering anything from this company. They ship glass items in a reckless manner, and once they've been delivered all broken (see pictures attached), they do not take any responsibility whatsoever, and do not reimburse a dime. On top of that, no representative of the company has ever apologized for the items that were broken.

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Womacks on several occasions. Items that slipped into my boot to items delivered via pantechnicon. I’ve experienced a high standard of service and bought items of a high standard and quality. Not to mention good ol fashioned customer service, from a polite and enthusiastic sales team. I have met Mr Womack and found him to be charming.

What can I say about Womack’s of Bawtry. The world would be a sad place without it for sure, doesn’t matter who turns up at the shop you are a customer and the staff treat everyone the same. So much choice if just after the additional ornament or a new light or you can go the whole hog and have your whole house designed and refitted by the lovely David who I must say adds sparkle to whatever he does. The cats are fantastic - parking is cheap.
