Was recommended by a cousin so visited the warehouse today (13 July 2021) only to be advised the "Showroom is closed until September 2021 due to Covid-19". Reminded the owner that lockdown is close to ending on the 19th July where the response was that the "fitters are on jobs so can't take them off jobs to go into the showroom". What a load of baloney!!! Not to worry I will find a company that is willing to do business with and take my money. Wishing you all the best for the future!! Today 17th August ... Thanks for your feedback and response below ... But it wasn't like that at all. Sadly I found you quite negative from the minute I approached your premises. I'm not sure whether you are aware that you come across quite flippant, dismissive and not accommodating nor friendly at all, so your comment and analysis below is not correct. I'm not writing with any malice nor to disrespect you, other than to let you know how the situation was and how you made me feel. I do genuinely wish you well with the customers you chose to work with. I had caught up with my cousin afterwards to share my experience visiting your establishment, where she apologised for suggesting ONE STOP KITCHEN WAREHOUSE as she was talked down to also especially when advised she "wouldn't be able to afford the range displayed in the showroom". So you see it's not only me!
