    We have recently had a lovely car from Audi Wolverhampton. Matt greeted us and helped us look at some models, he was very approachable and down the earth. Everything was professional and he arranged for our car to be brought in from a different branch a few days later. Buying the new car was straight forward and I had a lovely new car to drive home shortly after. There wasn’t a parcel shelf with the car so was told one would be put on order, and arrive in a few days. We soon noticed the wheels needed balancing after some vibration/shaking when travelling at speed. Audi couldn’t fit me in to investigate due to short notice therefore agreed to reimburse me if I took it else where. As I part exchanged my old car I was waiting for money to go into my account. This took a lot longer than expected. I had to chase the payment and was assured it would reach me in the next day or two. However, sadly it didn’t. After going back of forth we realised there was an error on my address so payment was rejected. After almost 2 weeks I received a part payment for my part exchange. 2 days later I had the money back for the balancing. However, I am still waiting on another payment and it’s been 4 weeks. This is extremely disappointing, as I expected Audi to be on top of things like this. I am also yet to receive a parcel shelf, even though I have sent numerous emails but haven’t had an answer. If I hadn’t had the problems with the money I honestly couldn’t fault my experience.

    I have recently purchased a 2023 Q5 Sportback from Audi Wolverhampton and the service I have received has been absymal! I traded in my 2019 Q5 and we shook hands on the agreed trade-in price. My final paperwork shows a reduction of £320 for my car and on speaking to my salesman was advised that my car had depreciated since ordering and delivery of my new car!! I have had problems with Audi Finance too who actually took £18,657.55 from my bank account which resulted in hours on the telephone to my Bank and Audi Finance who advised me to speak to the dealership. Calls on two consecutive days to Audi were not returned. Emails sent to Simon Handy and Wayne Bell did not receive the courtesy of a reply from either. I recently popped in to Audi to say a member of my family had purchased a brand new Audi A1 who has been given two free services. I was told I was mistaken this only happens on used cars even though I have seen the paperwork. For the aggravation I have experienced I get nothing!!! Not even an apology!!
