Have to agree with Emma and Michelle. Communication is a massive and very stressful issue. Terrible. I have been chasing for MONTHS and have not even been acknowledged. I have also tried emailing the group@ email mentioned below but to no success. It is getting beyond ridiculous. These are not things you should be having to worry about and stressfully chase almost daily when moving into a brand new home. We have lived here coming up to a year now!

Really not happy we bought with countryside in December 2021 and but now can't get through to anyone to fix the remaining snags on our list. kitchen doors are falling off and a few more things that need fixing just getting nothing back from the customer service team. I would say in the first few weeks things were being fixed, but feeling as if we are being ignored now and this is just not right.
