although unable to register here due to location issues, I was most impressed that the phone was answered immediately, that the receptionist was polite and friendly and assisted in locating an alternative surgery

25 minutes and still in a queue no answer! You go in and they are not busy or even on the phone.

Awful 'treatment' for chronic insomnia and anxiety if you have either of these conditions please don't use this practice.

Went to register as a patient (I am a previous patient of this practice, and citizen of the UK- born here in Hull) and I was told I cannot register or be seen because I have no documents with my address on it. I am a previous patient here and I am only here for 1 month. I do not have documents with an address on as this is a temporary address. I am living with family who have the same last name as me and are also patients of the practice. One came in with me to register. I have a passport and bank card that prove my identity but apparently this was not enough. Staff were matter-of-fact and not friendly. Issue was resolved the next time I went in so I have amended my stars 🌟

Used to be a decent surgery but have gone right downhill since Covid. It's bad enough that yo have to sit through the unskippable and inane rhetoric of the "Nurse Practitioner" before you can even speak to a human but then once you do you are told there are no appointments on that day. Who cares about that day? When in the next century can I see a doctor? Just open your diary and put my name in the next empty spot. But apparently they "just don't do that" Why? Because it's too much like work which since Covid is a dirty word in medical surgeries. They just try to palm you off on going to the emergency surgery on Story Street instead like most other lazy surgeries. Really poor effort.

Very professional staff. I had to change my previous GP to this one, and it was the best decision. In the previous place, East Hull, they were unable to identify my medical problem. I was desperate; after I registered at Wolseley Medical Centre, the GP has identified my problem immediately. I am so grateful. So deffinatily 5 big 🌟

Ran out of medication on Sunday for a herniated disc, ring Monday to get some more. The person on reception answered and said nothing I can do as doctor is ringing you in morning so you can discuss it with the doctor. Sits around Tuesday morning, no phone call. Ring doctors and they tell me its Wednesday not Tuesday! Top reception staff who ever SHE was.... NOT!
