Fantastic garage always get my R1200RT service done here, but this time I took it in for a service and came out after buying a 2019 plate R1250RT. Great show room but once again not a single person greeted me asked if they could help or if i was looking for a new or pre loved Motorad bike. How do they make a sale, on line i guess with no personal contact. As a BMW club vice president and member for many years i find this practice totally unacceptable. BMW as an outlet require everything to run like clockwork. In this case they need to wind up the clock or at least change the batteries.. 🤨

Recently collected my R1250GS Rallye TE from Wollaston Motorrad. I just wanted to give a massive shout out to the team, and in particular Alex and Owen. These guys helped organise the part exchange for my old bike and also helped me make the right choice of bike by sharing with me their advice and knowledge. Both of these guys are clearly bike enthusiast's themselves, and it came over loud and clear that their aim was to clearly get me onto the right bike, not just make a bike sale. You need a BMW bike, head down to Wollaston Motorrad.

A big thank you to the service team at Wollaston. I’m an Advanced bike instructor for Rapid Training and I was unfortunate to pick up a rear puncture whilst on a training session out their way. I managed to limp back to Wollaston and spoke to Steve and Jack and they had me back mobile within the hour despite a busy workshop commitment with a new PR6 fitted. Top job many thanks. It’s service like this that has kept me a customer for 15 years.
