    I took my car in for a service and MOT and arrived early. I was greeted and asked if I was leaving my car with them, I said yes, I’ll be back later after work before you close. Throughout the whole day I heard nothing at all. I called and was told it should be ready about 5-5:30 pm. When I picked my car up I was seen at the service desk and straight away just handed the card machine to put my card in for £740, without an explanation as to what had been done! The MOT had two advisories on which I wasn’t aware of until I got home. I’ve been a customer there for 25 years and this experience was poor at best. Get back to basics and speak to your customers and keep them updated with work and costs!!
