    I first went to Chris after spinal surgery, he has worked with me to ascertain a level of exercise that suits me, each session is varied and tailored to my particular needs. I had a break for further surgery which cut through stomach muscle, I am now building confidence in what I can do and am getting back the strength and flexibility that I had before surgeries. I highly recommend Chris, not just for his excellent training program but also for his anatomy knowledge, I feel comfortable that the exercises he give me are safe for me to do.

    Chris is an incredibly dedicated PT. I ended up in ITU with COVID in 2020, and need to use a walking stick when I left hospital (because I lost so much muscle mass in hospital). I previously had run marathons and was reasonably fit so this really hit my confidence and I was a bit lost on where to go. Working with Chris, I improved my strength, muscle mass, fitness, and lost weight. He was available in person and also online to fit in with my schedule. He knew when to push me. He also helped me with my mental health and getting my frame of mind right when I was struggling.
