Following various leaks in our 60 year old roof, Wolf Building Maintenance Services were recommended by a friend. Faz, who is easy to talk to and really polite arrived promptly, inspected the roof and took several photos indicating that initially we had a loose tile. However, on further inspection, by removing several tiles, it was evident that the problem was much more severe than a loose tile. The under-felt was very brittle and full of holes, the battens to hold the roof tiles had completely rotted away and several roof tiles were damaged. After being advised that the damage could be repaired I decided that a replacement roof (at a very competitive price) would be more cost effective in the long term. Faz, who is an experienced roofer with exceptional knowledge, expertise and a professional mannerism co-ordinated the scaffolding, skip delivery and materials. He arrived at the specified time with his team and they all worked tirelessly for 5 days replacing the whole roof. Faz supplied before, during and after photos. It now looks amazing and my wife and I are overwhelmed with the result. It was a pleasure to have Wolf Building Maintenance Services carry out the job and I would highly recommend them. Within the hour he came back to me scheduled a time and date and did a great job! He was local to our area. He and his co worker were friendly and great pricing.
