FAQ
How do you source your honey and ensure its quality?
At Woldgate Honey Ltd, we source our honey directly from our own bee farms located in the United Kingdom. We ensure the quality of our honey by carefully monitoring our bees' health and following strict harvesting and processing procedures. Our honey is also tested for purity to ensure that it is free from any contaminants or additives. What types of honey do you offer and what are the differences between them?
We offer a variety of honey types, including Blossom Honey, Heather Honey, and Borage Honey. The differences between these types of honey are based on the nectar sources that the bees use to make the honey. Blossom Honey is made from a mix of nectar sources, while Heather Honey is made from the nectar of heather flowers, and Borage Honey is made from the nectar of borage flowers. Each honey type has a unique flavor and aroma profile.Do you offer any organic or raw honey options?
Yes, we offer both organic and raw honey options. Our organic honey is certified by the Soil Association, and our raw honey is unheated and unfiltered, preserving all of the natural enzymes and nutrients. Can you provide information on the sustainability practices used in your honey production?

We use natural beekeeping methods that prioritize the health and well-being of our bees, and we work to maintain a healthy and diverse ecosystem around our bee farms. We attended their 15th year Anniversary Fete and what a fun time was had by the whole family. We also got an opportunity to speak to many of the girls who were living within Mercy UK. The changes in their lives from the day they began their healing, through a vast range of difficulties within them from their past, to the joy of smiling faces and freedom to begin a whole new life. Mercy UK is to be applauded for the incredible work & challenges they face to help each girl to be completely whole before leaving Mercy. Mercy is a Charity who take in broken girls whose lives have faced great trauma and Mercy has with love and Faith helped each girl deal with every issue and find freedom from their past, no matter how long the journey to freedom takes. Mercy UK have through Faith and trusting God to guide enable each girl to overcome their past. do the most amazing work, with their volunteer trained staff, help these broken lives to heal. I was a resident at Mercy UK in 2018-2019. My time at Mercy was life changing. I went into Mercy a broken, hurting, shell of a girl looking for hope and freedom. I left Mercy a strong, brave woman who found the author and creator of hope and freedom Himself. I was surrounded by a team of people that were and still are so for me, they are so accepting and non-judgmental. The after care team has been supporting me for nine months now and that has been brilliant. The transition from leaving Mercy was made as smooth as possible because of the aftercare team. They remind me of the tools I learnt at Mercy. I know I will have support if and when I need it from Mercy for the rest of my life and that is such a wonderful thing to have.
