Can’t praise the staff enough. Every single member of staff was extremely friendly and professional, even under such great pressure being put on them having to turn people away as they were at full capacity. Thank you so so much!

Absolutely appalling that it took an hour just to be checked in (this is at 8am). The length of time to then be triaged and treated is so slow. The NHS needs to get off slow mode and get people through quicker.

Pre booked on 111 , turn up on time and get turned away at the door saying they are at capacity. At 4pm! Remind me why I pay national insurance?!

Terrible, whats the point of a walk in centre if you get there and your turned away because of booked appointments! Defeats the object! The receptionist was very rude, pointed at a window to read a notice. lots of posters stuck to glass. very untidy. I will just go to A&E.

If you have any sort of injury, this is not the place for you. Having wasted 3 hours here for a physical injury, i was finally seen by a nurse who kept yawning, asking me to repeat myself because she wasnt listening... Then to be told that she wont be referring me to a clinic for treatment because i couldnt possibly have done the injury i had told her i had done and that i should go to my gp because the referral will come out of their budget not the centres one - delaying the process even more. Well... I've just returned from a and e and guess what... I have done the injury you thought i was wasting your time with! AVOID HERE unless youre a child with a snotty nose who can jump all over the chairs... They seem to be good at those!

We visited the Walk-in Central today, Sunday 29th January. Great to find it open at 8.00a.m. on a Sunday! A helpful Receptionist and lovely Nurse (Paula?) to examine a painful ear thoroughly and reassure me. Many thanks to both members of staff. J.Powell
