Facilities seemed good, but the disabled parking was a bit of a faff. The card reader by the exit wouldn't accept my Blue badge barcode initially, it took several goes to get there, but it worked eventually. A couple of others were struggling as well.

Visited Woking Community Hospital 8.15am on 10/04/23. I had a short wait, and was seen by a nurse, which led to me needing an x ray. Then waited 10 or so minutes and was seen again by the same nurse and had my results. Was put in an arm sling and sent on my way. All in all sorted in 1hr 30 mins. Thank you to everyone working at the hospital today.

Horrible experience. I took my son to this hospital from guildford and reached at 7:57. The lady at the reception was awfully rude and said we were closed (closing time 8 pm). I said, "Could you at least have a quick look?" she plainly said 'No'. They have signs saying,'Don't be rude to NHS staff.' But what about the staff being rude to customers? Such a shame!

Had online referral from GP with same day appointment. Arrived early, seen early and brilliant service. Prescription sent straight away to my local chemist. The service I used was an extension to the local GP service. Thank you NHS
