Rooms: A good size nice and clean good little en suite sea views from the rooms up front tastefully decorated Safety: Hotel was perfectly safe structurally sound was fine for a two year old to stay in Walkability: Plenty of places to walk to in range of the hotel easy enough to get to by bus or train if you don't have access to a vehicle

Very friendly staff, always willing to listen to your concerns and ensure you are comfortable and satisfied.. Home away from home esp when you have kids. Lots of movie channels for adult and kids (Prime video, Netflix, YouTube et al) They would give you your privacy and won't disturb you with room service except on request. Good location...very close to the sea and 5mins away from One-Stop convenient store. Prices are reasonable.. Good value for money. I recommend esp for family. Cons.. Rooms aren't sound proof but it's still okay. I still recommend.

Unprofessional Management: ($5500 wedding ring and all the sentimental value of our marriage it had just despaired because of this unprofessional management) Last week, me and my wife were planning to spend a one week holiday away from home, looking at places to do so, we landed on this Wns Southend -on-Sea hotel. It was good for its location, but it had below average service. We were barely able to spend the night. We left Wns Southend -on-Sea hotel and to our surprise, my wife forgot her wedding ring on the cabinet beside the bed. We realized that after almost 2 hours of driving back home, so we called the hotel customer service. They responded by saying that you should have reported that earlier. It seemed like they were not even willing to do the bare minimum to help find my wife’s ring. So the next day, I drove back two hours just to talk to the manager, but the receptionist did not let me talk to her supervisor or even try to help in finding the ring. ($5500 wedding ring and all the sentimental value of our marriage it had just despaired because of this unprofessional management) It was an uncomfortable bed; there was no top mattress, so it was painful to sleep there. We eventually got an extra sheet to use as a duvet, so we could lie on top of the duvet, but a thin sheet gets cold at night. It was very dirty all the way, from the entrance to the top floor. There was a lot of dust, dirty carpets on the stairs, and the whole hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. The window would not close properly, but fortunately it was warm enough to leave the window open. Wi-Fi was bad, only working now and then. No soap and only one towel each. We didn't dare try the waterboiler or the breakfast (if it was even served breakfast?), so we went to the nearest café. All the above may be OK since not everyone's experie
