  Went to view some cars with a different dealer who made me feel uneasy, wouldn't allow me to test drive and wouldn't discuss faults/paperwork. From the first message WNH Car Sales were super responsive and open with me about not only the car I wanted to purchase but the car I was looking to part exchange. The 3 month warranty and nationwide delivery were a massive plus, but after my previous bad experience I asked to see the car where they were based first. Nohmann met me and we took the car for a full test drive, him explaining anything I might want to know and never making me feel 'stupid' or 'over cautious' for asking too many questions. We spent well over an hour going through paperwork, questions, buttons- and I never felt like I was being too much trouble. We made the deal there and then and Nohmann also helped me setup temporary insurance to make sure I could safely and legally drive home. The next day I was pleasantly surprised to receive the new vehicle keeper confirmation and a text to check in how I was getting on with the new car. My personal experience has been super positive and I wouldn't hesitate to PX or recommend them in the future.

  DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE COWBOYS. They will not enter into any correspondence once they've had your money yet have the cheek to ask you to leave them a positive review. I bought a "car" from these guys that has a list of issues they didn't tell me about before they delivered it. I gave them ample opportunity to respond to my attempts to contact them and asked about the "warranty" they said the purchase came with. I've now had to get in touch with trading standards who will be questioning the way they get MOTs passed too. STEER CLEAR

  💯% Trust worthy, it took 5 minutes to close the deal over the phone, I transferred the money 1st. then traveled 200 miles to collect the car without a hassle then I drove back home to Southsea happy with the price and the service. Smooth cruising 🤠

  From the 1st to the last the service was excellent. MoT for 12 months. The delivery was spot, I never expected it to be shipped so soon, particularly as it had a couple of faults which were completed and a 2nd MoT completed. I am very happy with the whole exercise. Thanks Wnh.

  Very poor service. Sold us a faulty car for 5k then refused to give refund and return. Claimed car was sold as spares and repairs, which it was not.

  Sold a Golf yesterday 09/05/2023, didn’t expect an amazing car but when it arrived had a banging noise any time it was turn or steered. Tried reaching out to the team at WNH but, they have now stopped responding and are not offering a solution. Massively disappointed and had to report to trading standards/ombudsman… I am frustrated and now left with no car for work and £1700 out of pocket. **Update** It gets worse…Having had the car reviewed by a trustworthy local mechanic, I was advised that not only had the O/S/F spring + top mount broken, I was lucky it hadn’t sprung up and caused serious damage to the car. Despite a very decent price for repair- the Spring £95, Top mount £65 inclusive of labour- I have yet to receive the £160 back from Wnh Car Sales; despite advising them immediately of the issue within an hour of delivery. In short, WnH have supplied a car, not as advertised, and despite multiple- justifiable- requests simply to refund the cost of repair, they have not done so. Instead, they have been slow to reply, and called into question why I’m frustrated (I had to have a day off work, to get the car repaired; paying £160 more than expected within less than a day of ownership). Realistically, if this is not rectified by Monday 15/05/2023, I will be taking further action or breach of the Consumer Rights Act and, reporting them to the Automotive Ombudsman. My advice… steer well clear; shocking treatment.

  Absolute SCAMMERS! please do not use these dealers, nothing but fraud! They sell dodgy cars that are falsely advertised! With no papers or receipts. Sold my mum a car that claimed to had passed it's 'mot' and pass garage checks, said there is no issues mechanically or cosmetically apart from some typical wear and tear which was not the case, on delivery their own delivery driver told us not to drive the car and to take it straight to a garage, the car was completely road illegal, bold shiny tires, faulty airbags, the engine making a horrific noise, which advertised as 'no unwanted noises', headlights missing and the other not working, The car had not been vallated and was a mess inside, Wing mirror sellotaped on and bonet screwed on. Also the fact the car was never put in the dealers name, the car is still in the name of its previous owner. We took the car to a garage and they told us if we started fixing never stop due to it having that many issues, the dealer has no intention to sort this issue resulting in us having to take this further, ignores all messages and not to mention they will never answer a phone call😂 They promised me the vehicle came with a 3 month warranty for any mechanical issues which it did not again another lie). You will message and ring them and they will just ignore you or dismiss everything you say. They don't value you as a consumer and have no concept of consumer rights law. Complete and utterly disgusting scamming company! keep well away, they will try to argue with you over text and simply do not care in the slightest. 2 grand on a car that cannot be driven or fixed. Time wasters and money grabbers, never known anything like it. Hope to god this company gets shut down as looking at the reviews we aren't the first they have done this too.
