I bought and sold the same property in Hutton with WN Properties a couple of years apart. They are an outstanding agency, the whole team is great (special thanks to Brennan and Margaret). The communication is perfect, they always answer the phone and reply to emails very quickly. They will relentlessly chase everyone needed to make the sale happen, it's admirable. I highly recommend them as a sales agency. Their fee was reasonable especially for the high level of service provided. They will also recommend solicitors which you should definitely go with as they will make everything smoother than bad ones.
