Yes, I contacted the service and filled in the appoitment online. Appoitment confirmed to me. I took time off work. I came to the service. The service worker explained to me that the apostment they had confirmed to my e-mail was not valid. There is an addition in small letters that they will call me and make an appoitment = appoitment. What nonsense is that. My English is weak. But when I fill out a questionnaire for a meeting at the service, and the service confirms it, I don't need to speak Chinese or Polish. It's a confirmation meeting. Service worker 4x star. Internet portal 0 star. Overall, I averaged it to 2 stars. I found another service. He created an online meeting and they confirmed it to me by phone. Why doesn't it work everywhere...

I'm very pleased with them. They kept me informed at all times and offered a complementary vehicle. Jack, was absolutely great! I will 100% recommend. Price was higher than expected but no other garage was willing to take the job as it was "too technical". I'm glad I went to them because I would have possibly ended up with more issues if I didn't.
