Looking for 1st car for my daughter, salesman showed us 2 auto fiat 500,both scratched and dented. Said they could be mended but not all of damages then said we're not going to be trading for fiat for much longer so better to go to slough branch.

I do not usually do bad reviews because i know these can damage a company quite badly, however the experience we have had has been next to diabolical. We went in to purchase a smaller car for less money than we are currently paying, we spent a good 2 hours sorting a deal out with the sales team who at the first point of contact were great! we managed to strike a deal where they would purchase our car off us for an agreed price pending them viewing the car, they said they need to see it to confirm all is correct but never mentioned the price for our car could go down subsequently stopping the deal. We went in with our car on collection day and they viewed our car which was in the same condition as explained and even had lower mileage than stated to sit in the showroom for 45 plus minutes whilst they called a "buyer" to see if they would buy our car off them. At this point they knew i had another arrangement to collect another (separate) car which after all the waiting they asked us to do we missed the collection of. They seemed purely business focused there was no customer care whilst it seemed they were trying to dig themselves out of a hole they had dug promising a price on a car they could not achieve. This all should have been done before we arrived and if there were any doubts there should have been a phone call before we arrived. After we had walked out there was no information passed on as to what happened/changed and still after emailing the manager at 8am this morning i have had no reply from them. They just offered to return our deposit and that was that again not caring about the hassle that had been caused by them not keeping their word. Very disappointed

AVOID! This place is an absolute shambles and I’m surprised they’re actually still operating judging by the way they handled our Fiat’s “routine” major service. Returned our car half put back together, they weren’t even competent enough to put the engine cover casing back on before handing the vehicle back as “checked and ready for collection”. My toddler puts things back together better than this service department, save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

Just tried to call them, I can confirm they do not pick up their phone. You can message online, a chap just tells you that someone will call you back, so sort of like an answering phone... How modern! I will be going elsewhere.

Contracted to supply a car they didn't have and then didn't honour their contract. The government grant was removed in the interim, so they've cost me £1,500 and kept my deposit for a month. Communication was awful, knowledge worse and customer service as bad as I've come across. Avoid.
