Our beautiful little girl Meg was 15 and diagnosed with lymphoma july 2022 , she did really well up to last month , exceeding time we thought we had with her . But sadly 8 months in to her illness we had to make the sad and very painful decision to euthanise our girl , she deteriorated so much suddenly. I contacted Natalie and Westley to see if they could collect Meg from the vet only a couple of days before we had to lose Meg and nothing was too much trouble. Within 2 hours of Megs passing, Natalie collected her from the vets , then promptly returned her home to us on request. Natalie and Westley have made a very difficult time so much more easier , a beautiful service carried out with so much compassion, i cannot thank you both enough xxx

After losing our beloved dog Jack we were given WJW's number by our vet, I spoke to Natalie who said to take Jack straight away she was so compassionate on the phone,we arrived at 6.30 and was met by Natalie who explained that Jack's service would be that night and we could collect him the next day, Natalie and Westley handled Jack with such care I knew he was in good hands. We collected him at 1.30 the next day in a lovely black casket, such lovely caring people and very reasonably priced.

I would never go anywhere else. We were treated so warmly and with such kindness. Natalie and Westley are open 7 days a week so we could take our dear Odie there on Sunday and not wait for the Monday when the other places opened. We picked up his ashes the next day in a beautiful black box tied with a ribbon. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies. The whole process was simple and smooth. Receiving such personal service, helped us so much dealing with this painful difficult situation. Thank you Natalie and Westley, it was so appreciated. The Stevenon family.
