    While looking at a car that was open and unlocked and I decided to sit it..I then decided to look around the car from the outside. All was good until I decided to have another look inside the car. To find it had been locked! Not a problem, so I went inside to apologize for sitting in the car without permission and if i had annoyed them.. they unlocked it again. Once again not a problem. 3 minutes later a young funny looking chap came out and told me told me the car was going on a check ride and it had been sold.... Once again not a problem. But why be so rude in the 1st place? locking the car from a distance, Why not be honest in the 1st place when I went in to ask you to unlock it again! If you don't think this is rude you clearly have got no idea idea of customer service also smacks of arrogancy. And you did like being told this. Work on your customer service. Interestingly, I'll visit 2 of the other Kings garages and i brough a car with them..you lost a commission; both of them get 5 stars for their customer interaction... Yeah my advice is avoid this garage if you want good service go elsewhere within the chain
