This is the fourth time that I’ve been here helping carry items for my partner who lives in Godalming. Generally everyone has been helpful with one exception!! The man who seems to always be on the gate when we go is incredibly rude and makes us feel totally unwelcome.

this morning a manager closed the shop 10 minutes after it opened and also started an argument with 2 local residents and making false accusations against them. have only given one star as unable to show as no stars

Use the site very frequently for disposing of waste, always flows well and can be in and out relatively quickly. Some of the staff are really nice and helpful, but also some of them are extremely rude and very unhelpful which is a shame as it’s really letting the side down.
