Every 12 months I have a repeat prescription and every 12 months there's an issue. Now I'm being told completely conflicting information between the nurse and the pharmacist next door and it's still no clearer over what to do for my next prescription in 12 months time. I dread it coming up to be honest.

Very poor service received today. I called last week to order a repeat prescription. The Receptionist advised it had been ordered and sent to the Pharmacy and would take 48 hours to be available at the Pharmacy. The Receptionist was very abrupt with me and cut me off in the middle of asking a question. However, I presumed the order had been processed correctly and waited a few days. I called the Boots Pharmacy attached to Withymoor/Squires Court Surgery today to enquire whether my prescription was ready to collect. The Pharmacy advised they had not received a prescription for me and advised to ring the Surgery to check. After waiting over 20 minutes to get through, I explained the issue and was told that my prescription had been sent to my previous Pharmacy where I used to live (in a town over 60 miles away). That was it, no apology for their mistake or even an offer to resend my prescription to the correct Pharmacy. The Receptionist advised to ring Withymoor Surgery back and dial option 4 instead meaning I would have to wait in another long queue to re-order my prescription. No offer to pass my call through to the correct team even though this was not my mistake. I found this service very poor and as a working parent I do not have time to make endless phone calls, going round in circles, chasing people up and correcting other people’s mistakes. I would give 0 Stars if possible.

I have now been waiting on the phone for 48 minutes, having only started at No 7 in the queue. Extremely poor customer service. Becoming virtually impossible to speak to anyone at this practice.

Always pleasant, not the easiest to get an appointment, but if it's an emergency or for a child they will always do there very best, they had no appointments one day but still managed to get my daughter in.

I rang today at 8am and was 20th in the queue but I only waited about 5 minutes before I was triaged and arranged a time for a GP telephone consultation. I was contacted at the agreed time and was dealt with professionally. Well done AW.

Absolutely disgusting service offered to my wife. Getting an appointment is almost impossible, having to wait in a queue of 50 people on the phone at 8am, then a group of GP's who are reluctant to issue referal letters to private patients which is at no cost to the NHS, simply telling people to come back in two weeks when they could have sorted their own private hospital appointment during that time. Treatment is more about patient choice in the modern era, this practice seems stuck in the last century. Avoid if possible.
