I wouldn’t even give 1 star, the staff are so bad. They never give your repeat prescription on time, this has happened on multiple occasions. Avoid the pharmacy, you’re better off going to Tesco, etc

Great pharmacy! All the staff are so helpful & kind. Expert pharmacy advice from the pharmacists. Been getting my prescriptions for awhile from the pharmacy and I'm so happy with the service. Very busy pharmacy but I feel cared about as a patient. Josh did my prescription for me & gave me excellent customer service. Hes always kind & helpful. A credit to the pharmacy. I feel that Saj the pharmacist isnt just a pharmacist but someone who really cares about the community and his customers. He is always happy to help

Poor customer service & disorganised. Prescription was approved by GP many days prior but this pharmacy was unable to find it. This has happened many times & they always asked me to come back later or day/ days after. We do have other things to do rather than coming back again & again to the pharmacy just to pick up the prescription. Will change to another pharmacy & won’t come back to this pharmacy.
