Access is dangerous when tip is closed to sort out compression of bins, double bend with queues causing traffic to pass on wrong side of road to get to other business at end, and i was advised that we will now have to book before arriving? but cannot see any info? and i fear there is never any sence of urgency when they can see people waiting over 30mins and more! surely something can be done to maintain service and sort bins out early morning and late evenings when the industrail estate has closed down. petrol stations stay open when tankers pull in to fill up? Staff were very polite but HSE rules limit effecency and cost effective systems. as for recyling i wonder just how much this set up saves the tax payers?

I'm sure the site is well managed and the staff are efficient and friendly BUT it has to shut at random times to move or flatten the contents of bins leaving you waiting outside for a minimum of 30 minutes. I think it's because there isn't enough space for the site itself. Quite frustrating!!
