Dr Killy was extremely patient in listening to my issues, and very kind and gentle helping me to resolve the aforementioned issues. It is obviously a very difficult time for the NHS as a whole, but I would like to commend everyone at the practice for doing an extremely good job under difficult conditions.

I went in to collect a blood form for my quadriplegic daughter. A big sign said please wear a mask to protect our staff. I always do any way to protect our child. The receptionist snapped at me to take it of as she is deaf and lip reads . Stupidly I did . The receptionist sitting next to her sniggered. The old lady in front was told to remove hers too . She coughed everywhere. I have been sick for a week, thankfully not covid again. So I emailed the surgery who replied after a week to say it was my fault???? I should have refused to take of my mask and they can't make people wear masks ( re the old lady). The old lady was wearing a mask. . The deaf receptionist must be very clever as she is the only essex woman I know who can lip read broken English spoken in a Chinese accent.. Still what can you expect from a surgery where the practice manager decides if a quadriplegic medically fragile person can have drugs when they catch covid not the Gp. Our daughter was refused covid drugs. We went privately and thank God she is still with us . She would not be if this practice had its way.

Recently I saw Dr Francis and she was amazing. She was so caring , understanding and really helped me. The staff are always helpful and friendly , I've never had any issues with them. However, there is another female doctor who is very rude , condescending and uncaring and makes alot of mistakes ...complete opposites .. to the point I dread appointments with her.

Had a chest x ray done due to having difficulty breathing, still mo word on what's going on a month later and then they are closed for training. The most useless surgery I've ever encountered.

Shocking. I'm chronically ill. Been foning for a week to get doc's appointment. Even iff someone answers you only get as far as the receptionist. Impossible to get appointment unless you're fool enough to have an experimental covid jab.

The dentists are great with my autistic son but the centre's downfall is on the administrative side. There's no point to then even having a phone number because it's rare for anyone to pick up or you go straight to answer phone. Emailing the head office, merely gets a response that the message has been sent to the Witham branch and then still no reply or follow up. Absolutely dire service!

My partner and I have been a patient for some time with this doctors and they have been, at best, dismissive. My other half suffers from Depression and is obese, and has recently implored Dr Kili and co for help and support, from both a weight loss group as well as via medication. The doctors were apathetic at best, and we beyond unhelpful. In one instance the doctor had suggested to "Prioritise her life" and pay for everything in private. Is that not what the NHS is for? Is this not the service that they themselves should provide for those in need? For any new people in the area please avoid this surgery like the plague. I can't tell you how enraged I am at their attitude towards their patients.
