Poor customer service. Says one thing on the menu and once deposit is payed does another. Verify that 'linen charge' is included in the cost or you will be asked to pay this separately after you receive what you think is a good price lol. My main issue is that this guy seems to have a monopoly on Hylands house venue we booked and so it can be difficult to get alternative. I wouldn't have minded them being sole caterers for the venue but they just try and deceive you. One way to get them to reduce cost is to see if they had a booking at the venue the day before as they can leave their stuff there and use it for your wedding. Food was nice though canapes could have been better and meat was a bit overcooked assuming it was freshly cooked. Good luck to anyone who deals with them.

Reiss and his team really delivered for our event - the food was served on time, the menu exactly as requested and the waiting staff, particularly John, were a really a pleasure to have on the day. Cannot thank them all enough for ensuring our event went smoothly, and the food was delicious and exactly as it was at our tasting, and served hot. Would definitely recommend them!

They catered a charity week dinner I recently went to and the food was honestly phenomenal. Some of the best catering Ive ever had, everything was so well presented and absolutely delicious. The chilli chicken tikka was extremely good, aloo puri chaat and butter chicken very good indeed too. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Reliable, friendly, tasty. Every server was extremely kind and knew the right times to conversate with us without interrupting the event, very nice boys. They were receptive and listened to our requests for any extra dishes or drinks to be brought to the tables. The food itself was hot and of course tasted great.
