Terrible communication from the owners. I booked this venue way back in April 2022 for my 30th birthday in July 2023. Until this week I had been told the venue would need a minimum requirement of 30 guests to be catered for. Therefore I had budgeted for this, however this week the owner stated all 90 of my guests must be catered for. Effectively forcing me to cancel the party. I had singers booked and family have already made travel and accommodation arrangements. As much as I tried the owners refused to negotiate with me. I believe they have been offered a better deal for the same date and therefore pushed me to cancel. I now have less than 3 months to find a similar venue.
