Got invited to a Birthday expecting it must be pretty good with a £20 entry fee for a shisha lounge no problem, this place was a nightmare. Ordered food took 1.5hr to come with 1 person at a time getting food and other waiting long before getting theres. Personal ordered was a Humus starter mix grill & soft drink & a blueberry elychee shisha. 1hr later got the mix grill no Humus, drink came within 2mins. Shisha came in 20mins, had to send it back as it wasnt made correct tasted like charcoal. 2 staff tried it then bought another remake out 25mins later. Humus which didnt show up turned up 1.5hr after seating, took it to a manager after speaking to 4 different staff and asked him to try it. He tried it and said whats wrong with it, to which I told him this is either gone off or it tastes very bad with a after taste. He replies, you dont want to pay for it i will cancel it. I said dont worry took it back to the table & left it there, refund is not what I was looking for. The last 2 of us 8 people of which were seated cramped up in a corner got his mix grill 2hrs in seating & 1 of them told they have no more baby chicken or any of chicken dish left so he never ate. By then we had all had enough & decided to leave, the females felt uncomfortable in the atmosphere which was very low class, A disaster of an order, The scene and the vibe was just awful. Management Staff incredibly rude, waitresses and waiters will not answer back to questions like as if they knew the problem. Very bad management, bad location, bad vibes, bad settings overall wouldnt ever go back. The food that did turn up was very average but there isnt much to choose from on the menu anyway, its more like ur local kebab shop menu.

I went there 5 weeks ago and the security demanded £1000 entry fee at 1:30am I just laughed it off and went home whilst other customers without booking were getting in free of charge. 2nd occasion I went with a friend the security asked me to pay £100 per person to get in at 1:30 am which I refused to pay then I called the lounge number and a person named Fouad said he has space for 2 and tell the security and they will let us in when I went to speak with the security guard he attitude was horrible and started to act like a gangster telling us he won’t let us in unless we paid him £200 he don’t care about anyone so I rang the lounge number again and explained myself the manager and owner who was really nice but his security guard changed his tone and started lying and refused to accept that he asked us for £200 cash to let us into the premises. Afte this drama my mood was so bad and ruined a great night out I went in and walked straight back out. When I rang the lounge number the following day to complain about security guards trying to demand £200 and £1000 entry fee on 2 separate occasions and if that’s their policy they person on the phone said whatever security charge you to let you in is up to them. So if you don’t want to pay £1000 and £200 just to enter I suggest you stay away from these fraudsters and scam artists all the staff are in it together to steal as much money as possible from customers everyday. . I’m happy to go to nova lounge where they offer amazing services, staff and managers are professionals and not thief’s. If I had this experience with the security guards before I had kids he would not be working there again. Stay away if you’re an alpha male who will make their security team feel small and insecure because they’re a bunch of idiots who think they’re gangsters but in reality they’re just a bunch of theirs and waste men and you might just end up knocking the f*** out of them.

When I tried to book over the phone I got hang up on in the middle of the conversation and nobody did call us back. As we arrived the security guy was giving us attitude and the waiter who took our order got it messed up. We were receiving same drinks 2 times, maybe they do that on purpose for the people who don’t usually pay attention on their bill… also when the second bottle of water got brought we informed the waitress and returned it to which she replied “ well if you ordered it you have to take it” even tho we had our ordered one on the table already. We asked 3 staff members to order a second Shisha and still nobody came to take out order. The drinks are overprice £18 for a cocktail that’s a joke. First and last time we’ve been here, do not ever come here if you want to have a great night. Place looks dodgy and people fighting in the car park. Avoid it at any cost

Work customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waited an hour to be sat. Security had also kept us waiting outside for 50 mins because they couldn’t confirm our booking. One of the staff members had also given us a dirty attitude, he’s probably insecure. Bigman knows who he is.
