    Very fair and honest kind of dealership. I have requested repair which was going to cost me over a grant (engine mounts). They find out that the problem was in the suspension. They fixed it and returned back my deposit minus the job. Arthur could easily charge me £1.200 and I wouldn't have an idea. This is quite rare kind of dealership. Thank you for the fantastic job and your fairness.

    Excellent dealership - we are returning customers - just bought our 2nd EV from Wisely. The 1st time, 2 years ago, we were walked through our first EV experience by Emma and Arthur and now we are back, a bit more savvy, to upgrade. The customer service is unsurpassed, in our experience. They clearly know EVs inside out and they are straightforward, frank and honest to deal with. They also serviced our car and the resident mechanic (whose name, shamefully, I haven't yet gleaned) is unassuming but thorough and talented. Now Martin has joined the team and we dealt mainly with him this time. He is another fount of knowledge and a special mention of his excellent videos on Youtube about all aspects of EV ownership. Highly recommended, especially if you are considering dipping your toes in to EV ownership
