still waiting for a reply over a year they broke 2 windows while fitting them. Also one window was the wrong size old glass was removed then they refitted it. all three windows were not sealed water comes in when it rains. we have wooden frames. they never answer when we call. JAN 2023 STILL WAITING NO ANSWER OF THEM>

Rubbish service. Gave us a quote which we agreed to, told us three times they were coming to do the job and didn’t. Kept promising we were going to be top of the list because we’d been kept waiting and then wouldn’t hear from them again for weeks. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company.

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole,STILL WAITING FOR MY QUITE 4MTHS ON.even though I was promised 4 times by dave that he would call me the next day with my quote.scheduled to when the scaffolding was up!!!!.now it's coming down and still no reply....if I could give 0 stars I would STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM. .very unlikely profession, And Very unreliable .
