I’ve used Wirral logs all through the winter - great service and product. Every time they’ve delivered in the 1 hour time slot they promised. My house has tricky access but they always got the delivery on my drive , once even manhandling the sack past a removal van ! The logs are varied in size and excellent quality- all kiln dried to ensure a good flame. I can’t recommend them highly enough !

Delivery was quick but the logs are too wet to be used. Moisture content in hardwood logs (average 28%+) and softwood logs (internal readings on split logs average 40-49%) is not as advertised and will need a lot of seasoning before they can be burned next winter. Were these even kiln dried as advertised? Wirral Logs have not responded to emails and I can only assume they are not interested in post-sale customer service and rectifying their dodgy delivery. Overall very disappointed with the service and I would not recommend them.
